I did this hike on a sunny sunday afternoon and I really enjoyed that most of the tour was in the shade. The first part until the tower "Pfannenstiel Hochwacht" is not that exciting, but very pleasant. From the tower on (see picture to get a hint of the amazing view there) the tour becomes really pretty.
I didnt go to Männedorf, but followed the signs from Pfannstiel to Toggwil and Meilen.
There are some nice restaurants on the way for some refreshments. A nice tour for an easy afternoon, d
